CasaDoctors aims to provide an efficient and seamless experience, and by using the CasaDoctors application ("the App"), You are consenting to be bound by these T&Cs. It is essential to thoroughly review and understand the following T&Cs, as they govern your use of the App. Please refrain from using the App if you do not agree with any part of these T&Cs.

1. User Eligibility

• To utilize CasaDoctors, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By accessing and using the App, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.

2. User Accounts

• Access to CasaDoctors's services requires the creation of a user account. Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• Safeguard your account credentials, and immediately report any unauthorized access to CasaDoctors.

3. Service Description

• CasaDoctors operates as a comprehensive platform connecting users with diverse services.
• Users have the ability to request various services through the user-friendly interface of the App.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Users agree to pay the fees presented on the App for the requested services.
• Payment methods, including credit cards and digital wallets, are processed securely through the App.
• Additional fees may be applied for specific circumstances, such as cancellations or any other charges.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

CasaDoctors Refund & Cancellation Policy

A. General Policy

CasaDoctors is committed to providing users with a reliable and transparent healthcare service experience. Where a payment has been successfully made through the CasaDoctors application and a refund is determined to be eligible under this policy, the refund will be credited exclusively to the user's CasaDoctors in-app wallet.

Refunds will not be processed to bank accounts, credit or debit cards, mobile wallets, or any other external payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

B. Refund Eligibility

A user may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

- The healthcare provider cancels the confirmed service or appointment.
- The healthcare provider fails to attend or provide the booked service.
- CasaDoctors cancels the service due to operational or technical reasons.
- The user is charged more than once for the same transaction.
- Payment is successfully deducted but the requested service cannot be confirmed or provided.
- The user cancels an eligible booking within the permitted cancellation period displayed in the application.
- CasaDoctors determines, after reviewing the case, that a refund is appropriate.

Eligibility may vary depending on the type of service, healthcare provider, booking conditions, and cancellation timing.

C. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be credited only to the user's CasaDoctors in-app wallet within 7 working days

Once credited, the refunded amount may be used toward eligible future services available through the CasaDoctors application.

Wallet balances resulting from refunds are not redeemable or withdrawable as cash and cannot be transferred to a bank account, payment card, mobile wallet, or another user's CasaDoctors account, unless required by applicable law.

D. Cancellation by the User

If a user cancels a booking, refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation terms applicable to that particular service.

CasaDoctors reserves the right to apply cancellation charges or consider a booking non-refundable where:

- Cancellation occurs after the permitted cancellation period.
- The healthcare provider has already commenced travel or preparation specifically for the service.
- The user fails to attend or is unavailable at the confirmed appointment time.
- The service has already commenced or been completed.
- The booking or promotional offer is specifically identified as non-refundable.

Any eligible remaining amount after applicable cancellation charges will be credited to the user's CasaDoctors in-app wallet.

E. Provider Cancellation or No-Show

If a confirmed service is cancelled by the healthcare provider or the provider fails to attend without providing the service, the user will generally be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for the affected service.

The approved refund will be credited to the user's CasaDoctors in-app wallet.

F. Processing of Refunds

Once a refund request is approved, CasaDoctors will process the wallet credit within a reasonable processing period.

Users will be able to view the credited amount through their CasaDoctors wallet transaction history.

CasaDoctors may request additional information or supporting documentation before approving a refund where necessary to investigate the transaction or service complaint.

G. Promotional Credits and Discounts

Promotional credits, vouchers, discount codes, complimentary balances, or other promotional benefits have no cash value and are generally non-refundable.

Where a booking was partially paid using promotional credit, CasaDoctors may restore the eligible promotional portion subject to the original promotional terms and validity period.

H. Disputes and Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed individually where there is a dispute concerning service delivery, provider attendance, payment processing, or other exceptional circumstances.

CasaDoctors reserves the right to investigate the transaction and obtain information from the user and/or healthcare provider before determining refund eligibility.

I. Acceptance of Policy

By making a payment or booking a service through CasaDoctors, the user acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, including that eligible refunds will be credited to the CasaDoctors in-app wallet only, subject to applicable law.

CasaDoctors reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. The version available through the CasaDoctors application at the time of the relevant transaction will apply, subject to applicable legal requirements.

• Prohibited behavior includes discrimination, harassment, and any violations of applicable laws.

• CasaDoctors collects and processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, compliant with privacy laws.
• By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

• CasaDoctors retains ownership of all intellectual property related to the App.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

• CasaDoctors is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from App use or services provided, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.

11. Modifications

• CasaDoctors reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes.
